1. Investment & Advisory Disclaimer

Fyva is a technology provider, not a financial advisor.

• No Investment Advice: Content generated by Fyva, including automated equity research, sentiment analysis, and financial modeling, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

• Independent Verification: Users are responsible for their own investment decisions. Fyva’s outputs should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional financial analysis and due diligence.

• No Fiduciary Duty: Use of the Fyva platform does not create a fiduciary relationship between the user and Fyva AI.

2. AI Governance & Accuracy Disclosure

Fyva utilizes proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to process financial data.

• Hallucination Mitigation: We employ multi-step verification against primary sources (SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) to minimize AI "hallucinations." However, AI-generated content may contain errors.

• Model Transparency: Our models are trained to cite sources. Users are encouraged to click through to the primary filing or transcript cited in any generated report.

• Bias Monitoring: We perform regular audits on our algorithms to ensure neutral, data-driven analysis free from programmed market bias.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We maintain enterprise-grade security protocols to protect the sensitive nature of institutional research.

• SOC 2 Compliance: Fyva operates within a SOC 2 Type II compliant environment, ensuring rigorous controls over data security, availability, and processing integrity.

• Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.2+.

• Data Isolation: Your proprietary research, watchlists, and uploaded documents are isolated. We do not use customer-specific data to train our global AI models without explicit, written consent.

• Jurisdiction: Fyva adheres to the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR standards for all global users.

4. Regulatory Alignment

• SEC/FCA Guidelines: We design our reporting outputs to assist firms in meeting their own compliance obligations under SEC Rule 204 or FCA research unbundling requirements (MiFID II).

• Anti-Manipulation: Fyva is built to provide objective analysis and may not be used for high-frequency automated trading or any activities intended to manipulate market prices.
